Bay Hay and Feed, a community nursury and farm store on Bainbridge Island, creates an addition of a new building on the site to accommodate nursery sales with office space above.
As an Architectural Designer I was involved in schematic design, creating a sketchup model which was instrumental in helping the owner decide whether or not to add the steel canopy on the street facing elevation as well as the nursury facing elevation. The model was useful in seeing how the before and after conditions would look as this new building was being introduced up against a historic store and post office built in 1912.
